I would sum up what is required based on the following items:

• Take little but courageous actions each and everyday leading you potentially to big accomplishments in the future
  
  
• Establish as a habit the celebration of each little success regarding those new initiatives
  
  
• Do not assess the relevance of your deeds based on the final success but find your satisfaction from delivering the right efforts.

It is a fact, relying on yourself feeds back trust from people around you. They come to trust in your ability to get things done through association. It can be in sport, in politics or even in business. Partnering is a key item for anyone wanting to develop a company. In order for you to get to this point, it is necessary to be trustworthy. There are several means to reach that goal:

• Be cautious in your interactions with the external world (starting at home) when it comes to your outfit and the way you communicate
  
  
• Set as a rule for yourself to be straightforward and honest about your accomplishments and failures
  
  
• Be consistent in your good practices.

Therefore, as a businessman, it is not about finding trustworhty partners but rather about attracting them towards you.

Maintaining trust as a society is a matter of mutual support

Going one step ahead, we cannot help but pondering on the effect of trust in society. If we only take the example of the Economy, here is the pattern of a failed state:

Society suffering from mistrust => Money available not invested in business growth and paychecks => Unemployment and poverty with wealth not spreading through labor
